The VIA Group is looking for a Marketing Manager.

Not a traditional hotel marketer.

A storyteller.

Not someone who only schedules content.

We’re looking for someone who understands culture, community, hospitality, and how to make a

place feel alive: both online and offline.

You’ll lead the day-to-day marketing for VIA Amsterdam and support the Antwerp team together

with our Brand, Culture & PR Manager. From campaigns and creators to events, partnerships,

social content, and community activations, you’ll help shape how people experience VIA.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the building, at the hostel events, and close to the communities

and people that make VIA what it is.

About VIA

VIA creates spaces for curious travelers, creatives, locals, and communities. Our properties

combine hospitality, culture, food, events, design, and social experiences. We believe hospitality

should feel human, social, and memorable.

VIA Amsterdam: our flagship property: a high-energy hybrid hospitality concept where travelers,

students, artists, locals, and event visitors come together.

VIA Antwerp: our newest property: a design-led boutique hospitality concept with a strong cultural

identity and local focus.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of marketing activities across The VIA Group, with a primary focus on

Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Having an understanding of revenue management

  • Managing and growing our social media channels

  • Coordinating and producing content shoots

  • Working with creators, influencers, and local communities

  • Building partnerships with brands, artists, universities, events, and cultural initiatives

  • Supporting campaigns that drive visibility and direct bookings

  • Organizing on-site activations and events

  • Promoting group stays, MICE, private events

  • Coordinating targeted newsletters and CRM campaigns, pre/post-stay

  • Managing campaign calendars and marketing planning

  • Keeping the VIA brand culturally relevant and creatively fresh

  • Collaborating closely with operations, sales, F&B, events, and the Antwerp team

  • Identifying opportunities, trends, and collaborations that fit the brand.

Job requirements

Who you are

You likely:

  • have around 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, lifestyle, events, media, or creative brands

  • are highly organized and proactive

  • understand social media beyond trends and templates

  • understand consumer behavior

  • know how to turn ideas into execution quickly

  • enjoy being around people, events, and creative environments

  • naturally spot strong content, collaborations, and opportunities

  • feel comfortable in fast-moving environments, including in the use of AI and GEO

  • combine creativity with a practical mindset

  • care about aesthetics, atmosphere, and experience

  • speak and write English fluently

Big plus if you have experience with:

  • lifestyle or hospitality brands

  • creator or influencer marketing

  • TikTok and Meta advertising

  • community building

  • photography or content production

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
